When do people most visit Florida? In the winter. Do you want to start thinking about relocating, buying a vacation home or retirement property when everyone is has the same idea? Buy a home before Thanksgiving and literally save yourself tens of thousands of dollars.
During the summer there are less buyers and less competition for the best properties. Last winter I had 3 sales that went for over asking price. My summer sales all sold for less than asking. So now you know why you should get serious now! Does this make sense?
